Window cills just in and its looking a little high so curious what is common height in ensuite bathrooms. Ours are 5 and half blocks off the current floor, about 1250 with floor at 150 would put the window board at 1100. Is this the norm ?

En suite wouldn't be classed as an escape route so I don't think there's any real obligation to have it at any particular height. Normall windows are min 800mm and max 1100mm.

Usually its 1050mm from ffl to window board in an en suite. This allows for a toilet to be fitted into position undercthe window. But in reality, it can be whst ever height you want

What's the correct height from ffl to window board at ground level. Arch has them shown at 650mm & 850mm on first floor.

There is no such thing as "correct height"
They should be as designed, once of course they are compliant.

I've designed gf Windows which have been from 150mm off floor level to 1.5m off floor level.

    +1

Refer to both Part D and Part B of the Building Regulations. Cill can be any height you want but requirements for safety need to be complied with (Part D) and fire escape/rescue (if relevant...Part B).

I think you mean part k here and not part d ;)

I did actually mean Part D - gives guidance on safety glass/heights - but, now that you mention it, yes, Part K too! :)

Interesting I hadn't taken account of that section 1.5 in tgd d

Isn't the same regulation reproduced in part k and fleshed out a bit more?

The one design issue that I come across window manufacturers getting confused with is them insisting on the 800mm lower cill restriction on ground floors.
They are not aware of the amendment to para 2.4 in tgd k which allows for lower opening sections.
