I wouldnt worry yet, its one day past its estimated arrival date, amazon wont do anything for another couple of weeks, if it doesnt turn up they will send you another one or refund you, but that wont happen for at least 30 days i think. Royal Mail are extremely slow lately, i waited 2 weeks for just an envelope to reach me from the the UK, i dont know where the problem is lying, whether its with An Post Or Royal Mail, so i would give it another couple of days at least before contacting Amazon, because they will tell you the same thing, they will say continue to wait etc.

Its a week afterwards that they consider it lost rather than late. If you email now, they'll say contact again if nothing by next Friday.

It might still arrive. I've had a few things take nearly 3 weeks and amazon will do SFA until it's a week I think past the estimated delivery date as misslilprincess already said.

I had a similar issue; parcel dispatched by Super Saver delivery, but it had an An Post tracking number; it never showed up (An Post never got it), so Amazon dispatched the lot again by UPS, who promptly sent it back to Amazon a week later.

Amazon then refunded my money, and I thought that was the end of it. However the original parcel turned up about 3 weeks later, delivered by An Post. It was clear from all the names/destinations that it seemed to do the rounds all over the UK before eventually getting to Ireland.

The only thing I can put it down to is that the country was missing from the label, and this is what lead to the delay - the lack of a postcode didn't help the transit in the UK.
