Aikido Seminar with Patrick Cassidy

    Henshin Aikido will be hosting an Aikido seminar with Patrick Cassidy Sensei 6th Dan Aikikai on November 15th, 16th and 17th.

    Course times:

    Friday: 7 - 9pm Adults

    Sat: 10am - 11am Juniors (Adults are welcome)
    11am - 1pm Adults
    2.30pm - 5.30pm Adults

    Sun: 10.30am - 1.30pm Adults (Weapons)


    Patrick will also be a teaching a Meditation and Yoga course on Sunday from 3pm to 5pm. The theme of the course will be exploring clarity, strength and peace.
