well depends if your technical and not afraid of cracking it open, and replacing parts yourself, or get someone else to do it.

all assuming its out of warranty of course,

you could also prob get an external battery.

replace the ipad charger... iphone/ipad chargers are made of cheap sh!tty components that fail in very little time
