Most routers also have the ability to limit the timeframes devices can access the network based on their mac address aswell..

But as the father of a 15 month old that is still waking at night how do I improve with less sleep?? ;)

According to rom's three-step plan the only way to improve as a runner is to get more sleep. So, you're fvcked :P

I know it was a bit of a joke post but setting your internet to cut off a certain time sun-thurs at least to improve your sleep.

Can't think of any good reason for wanting to limit my Internet connection like that, and even if I did turn off the WiFi there would still be the phone to use instead.

It will be working for one Mr. Robert Heffernan!
On this morning's interview on Radio 1, he revealed ( and indeed was corroborated by his good wife) that a log cabin/ garden shed/ man- cave has been purchased for the back garden. This "shed" has been kitted out and will be Rob's sleeping and resting zone when Rob junior arrives in Jan.
    Doucha Rob!
