This is a bit of a generic thread as obviously every parent is different. My parents are touching 60 and they love all stuff people their age like.

I'm just wondering has anyone seen any things while out and about that their parents might like?

Cheers, and again this is very generic so i'm open to any ideas.

Well I suppose it depends what they are into and depends on your budget but how about a night away in a hotel. Loads of deals about now for nice hotels.

My parents like going to nice restaurants, however with the two of us in college they can't go as often as they like too. So they get a voucher from the blue book country houses (some of their favourite restaurants are there).
