Recommendations on short Christmas break?

Anyone travelled solo around this time? I would be more around New Years, havent got much funds but would like a 4/5ish day break around 28th Dec onwards.. anywhere anyone could recommend for solo travellers at this time of year? Europe really, given funds and time allocated. Dont really mind whether it's a sun lounger…
