I have figured it must have been an appointment I missed last Tuesday which was to attend a meeting for a back to work conference type thing,only remembered today. I have a genuine reason for not being there…

Hi,
In a bit of a pickle here. I went to pick up my JSA payment today for the week and no payment has been issued.
I have figured it must have been an appointment I missed last Tuesday which was to attend a meeting for a back to work conference type thing,only remembered today.
I have a genuine reason for not being there and for having forgotten for want of a better term.
I will go tomorrow to try to sort it out.
My question is how likely am I to sort it to get my payment this week?
