Audi a4 air con not working at window position

I have a 2006 audi a4 and the heater doesn't work up by the windscreen. it blows out at all the other points but when you press either the front window demister or press the windscreen function it makes noise but wont blow the air up to it?

It's the defrost flap position motor...it is either seized or the arm has come away from the motor, remove the passenger side glove compartment and have a look at the three motors they have blue red and green connecting rods from the damper to the motor see if the motor turns as you change from feet to face...ect

i have exact same car and exact same problem, my mech took out glove box and changed a part, at moment its just demisting window while part is on way. just saw messsage above from shane90. uughh what ever he or she said
