    Is the single farm payment an oxymoron as it gets paid over two dates and I got several other payments off the department in 2013???
    Forestry, REPS x 2, SCWS x 3, BTAP...

    An oxymoron (plural oxymora or oxymorons) (from Greek ὀξύμωρον, "sharp dull") is a figure of speech that juxtaposes apparently contradictory elements (it is not however a contradiction in terms (see below)). Oxymora appear in a variety of contexts, including inadvertent errors such as ground pilot and literary oxymorons crafted to reveal a paradox.

    No,because the total you are paid is a single amount comprised of the elements of a number of separate schemes in existence beforehand . ten month, twenty two month, slaughter premium and sucker cow premium. etc. You make a single application .
    And soon you won't have to worry about the REPs payment..
