Alldrive brakes

    I have a problem with brakes on a four ton alldrive dumper, the pedal is very hard and not stopping the dumper we tried bleeding the brakes but with no change, would anyone have any suggestions?

    no brakes at all ? is there a Servo on it and vaccum pump or what kind of a brake booster system has it??

    There is slight brakes on it but when loaded it pushes on, the master cylinder is working good cause these is a good pressure off fluid when we bleed it, the brakes are in shafts opposed to on the hubs if you know what I mean.

    not familur with that machine, it has to have some kind of brake booster tho other wise it is like towing a car (big hard paddle due to no vaccum)
    It also would have a load porporsional valve
