Ski holiday

    I want to book a ski holiday for January as a Christmas present to my husband and kids? Does anyone know where is good to go that caters for children under the age of 12? I have never been on a ski holiday so this is a first for me! Would you recommend bringing children on a ski holiday? Any advice please...

    Only even been on one ski holiday so not an expert but for what it's worth, yes well worth bringing kids, ours went to the kids ski school, only 6 or 7 at the time while we went to the adult one, on day two all the kids were skiing, the adults were still trying to stay upright

    We went to Andorra, had a great time, wherever you go I'd advise half board as it can be tiring so nice to have breakfast & dinner sorted for you

    Believe that the Pyrenees aren't the highest so not sure about guaranteed snowfall

    The ski schools in Andorra certainly used to have a good rep at least when I was researching, we found them good, had a great laugh

    :):):) I would highly recommend it.

    I am a "sun" person but always wanted to give the ski holiday a go. We went to Lermoos in Austria. The kids were 9 and 12 at the time. It was one of the best family holiday we ever had. It is an experience.

    Would definitely push the boat out and stay somewhere where there is a leisure centre. We stayed in a lovely hotel with a spa and it was lovely to go there in the evening after being on the mountain all day.

    We went twice. We booked with Topflight the first year because I knew nothing about a ski holiday and I booked it myself the second year.
