I have a client who had an old employee set up their facebook page for them but used a gmail account that isnt the regular email of the business.

The employee has left, changed the password for facebook so I have got facebook to send the rest password details to the gmail address.

However gmail is saying this email account doesnt exist anymore. Its a real mess. I've filled in a feedback form on facebook detailing the problem but it says that not all messages may be read or responded to.

She already has nearly 2000 likes so it would be better to be able to get access to the current page than set up a new one. Anyone come across a problem like this before and were your were able to solve it.

Have you any way of contacting the old employee? The employee would still have access to the page via their Facebook account and could add you or your employer as an admin
