Site already with planning permission

    Hi Boarders!

    I'm currently looking at purchasing a site that already has planning permission for a 2700sqft dormo. It has a local needs condition attached which I will be able to meet.

    Does this mean the whole process would move lot quicker than if I bough a site subject to planning permission?

    What will I have to do:
    1: Buy the site (Apart from making an offer that is accepted of course!)
    2: Start building
