    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? [DVD Rewriter]

    5. Do you need a monitor? [No]

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? [No]

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? [Yes]

    8. How can you pay? [Bank Transfer/Credit Card/Laser]

    9. When are you purchasing? [1 week]

Hi, I'm looking to build for gaming as best as I can for around this price, a little over is OK. Ideally for playing games like BF4 as close to Ultra as possible. Included a picture attachment of what i've got in mind (€1086) ram & psu may be higher than needed but its to save me upgrading too soon. Planning to overclock also.
Thanks for your time and any advice/corrections/part reviews etc is appreciated.

I would consider a better case if I was you when you are spending that type of money.

I'd honestly reconsider the RAM as well, it would free up a good chunk of money for a much better case. You will definitely only need 8GB for gaming for the next few years.

RAM could scarcely be more expensive right now, so it really doesn't make much sense to get an unnecessary extra 8GB now, besides it it a pretty trivial thing to upgrade later on.

Yea I would definitely half the amount of RAM. RAM prices are ridiculous at the moment so they could well be cheaper in the future if you find you need to expand but for now, 8gbs is plenty.

The MOBO and PSU you chose are good choices I think, you're opening the possibility of SLI/crossfire in the future and that's a great option to have. But if the airflow in your case is shít, your GPUs will melt, SLI gets HOT!! With that in mind, I would spend the money saved from the RAM on upgrading the case to one with lots of fans and high airflow.

I'd also go with a Cooler Master Hyper 212 cooler as they are known to be quiet and efficient. It seams to beat the ETS-T40 in a few benchmarks I've just skimmed through!

What resolution do you play at? Depending on that, the GPU may not be the best bang for buck. I haven't been keeping up to date with GTX 7 series or AMDs R9 series so I will leave that to the others to critique.

If your not planning for sli then a cheaper board and psu might be an option. Asrock extreme 4 maybe or similar.
depends on what you are after

Leaving my options open for SLI in the future but not at this very moment. Also may not have the cash spare in future for the RAM so i'll pick it up now when I can.

What case would ye recommend then so?

You won't need 16gb of ram for gaming anytime soon. Use the extra money to buy a decent case like the nanoxia deep silence one. Especially important if you plan on going dual cards in future. I'd change the 770gtx to a 280x as well. It's cheaper and better.

Likewise I'd change the enermax cooler to a 212 evo or even a Thermalright macho HR-02. How does that ssd compare to the samsung 840 evo?
