Employment contract situation

I'm wondering what people's opinion of the following situation is?

Assume a person works for a hotel group that owns two hotels. The person's contract states on the front page that the contract is between the person and the two hotels (hereafter referred to as The Company). It does NOT state that the contract is between the employee and the group, although the group logo does appear on the top of the page.

The second page states the contract's stakeholders and would look like this:

Employer: hotel name 1, hotel name 2

Again, it does not state that the employer is the group company.

If the group acquired a third hotel, would the employee be expected to do work for that third hotel under the same contract, or should the contract be amended to include the third newly acquired hotel.
