Now regretting becoming a Eircom Customer

    This is not good not good at all, we just joined Eircom about a month ago and its been a nightmare so far, not only were we given incorrect information at the signing up but then Eircom decide to charge us for their own mistakes.

    ON Our first bill, they have overcharged us, its takes ages to get through to them on the phone. This bill amounts doesn't correspond with what we were told initially.

    They make themselves out to be great and tell you anything to get you to join but once you sign up its a different story.
    I'm not happy at all, Very disappointed actually
