    We had two of those and on both the battery of the parent bit that you carry with you died and wouldn't hold a charge within a couple of months. It was our secondary one too. used it in the sitting room when junior was asleep in the Moses basket.

    They're perfect if you keep them plugged in though as we eventually had to do. They have 2 way comms if you need it and you can change the tones or turn on and off the nightlight on the child unit from the parent unit
