    Hi Everyone

I am buying stock from outside EU hence many suppliers from far east I am working with prefer cash or cash like payments.

What would be the best way for bookkeeping these transaction from revenue point of view? Any special requirements from revenue about these transactions?

I do have DHL invoices posted together with the goods and I pay VAT& Duty tax on entry to Ireland, would that be enough or do I need to have cash transaction or anything else?
    Many Thanks
