I purchased 2 tickets from Ennis to Dublin for the 3rd of December and 2 from Dublin to Ennis on the 5th. Could I go into the station now and collect my tickets from the machine with the code I got via email or would I have to wait for the day?

Once you have the reference number then you can print them off anytime at any Ticket machine.
