    Can anyone advise if this is an expensive job. "Standard" size kitchen, sorry no exact measurements to hand. Floor down about 10years in excellent condition.

    "Average" tile 45x45 ceramic about 15 euro a yard. Adhesive and grout abiut 3 euro a yard and layed about 10 - 14 euro a yard

    Hi İt is maybe to late but stil. Tiles price is from 9 € per sq/m. Adhesives and grout will depend on tile wich you picked. But aprox. from 4€ per sq/m. A labour is again depend on tile wich you have min. is 20€ per sq/m. plus might be aditional work like leveling priming shaving doors ( it hapends if floor comes higher as was before tiling ).

    no at all, thanks for the replies. hopefully a january job. typical, the tile i want of €20 per sq yard (60x60), so may have to keep looking

    B§Q should still have a polished porcelain (60 * 60) it cost there only 14€ per sq/m. But normaly even if it is a ceramic ( not very comon in size 60 * 60) price will starts from 24€ per sq/m. Unles you will get any specialy deals.
