Is it worth your while applying lads?
Thing is we built a 12 unit 10 years ago and put in our old 6 unit in for "the time being" and its still there.
Any way its fully built, all stall work done and block work. We need to buy a 12,000l tank and put in a standard 12 units with a pipe big enough to take 18 units. And meal feeders. Is the grant going for them?
Its not plastered on the outside yet and my father thinks he wont be given the grant if its not plastered. Is this true?

Certainly worth applying, costs nothing and if you need to change things on it afterwards, like if you get approved for a 12unit but only put in a 10unit they are fine with that once you let them know. Feeders defo not included, or stallwork, however platecoolers, waterheaters, heat recovery and afew other things are included. I don't know about plastering, however that all doesn't need to be sorted until afterwards. Jersey you're better off applying for it yourself instead of your dad, there is a points system, and being a young farmer, in a discussion group and afew other things as such give you extra points, which increases your chance of getting the grant.

Plastered won't matter, grant is only for the equipment, as Timmay says sure what's d harm applying, if you get approved you've 2 years to invest and if you don't or find something more suitable second hand nothing lost.
