2 or 3 citroen 2cvs' wanted as wedding cars

    Hello 2cv owners,

    How's it going? I know it's a bit of a weird ask but I'll try anyway. I am looking for 2 or preferably 3 citroen 2cvs to be used as wedding cars for my wedding next august.

    Organising the wedding car is about my only job for the wedding. When I was a wee one I grew up in a 2cv and have very fond memories of it. Hopefully in a few years if or when life calms down I will definitely buy one. Anyway I thought it would be lovely to have one as a wedding car.

    The details- The wedding is on Saturday the 23rd of august. I would need the cars from 1pm in Macroom,Co.Cork to go to UCC for 2pm and then onto the Lee valley golf club. Finished for 4pm. Not a long day and would be willing to pay 100 euro per car.

    Naturally I would like the owners to be the drivers of the cars on the day.

    Hi,

    Sorry no positive feedback, only to say that 2 these cars cant be actually offered for hire, hence the lack of them being advertised. Any that are, have no proper insurance, test or license in place.

    It was my wedding day 14 years before yours. And it was my celebrant's wedding day too, 28 years before mine.

    Ok thanks for the heads up.
    Hopefully there are some kind people around that might offer a 'spin' in their beautiful 2cv just to show it off.
