Linux Minimus or Windows 2008 Minimus

    Hi,

    I registering a website & hosting for someone however I just want to know when I'm choosing web hosting should I go with Linux Minimus or Windows Minimus?

    Would I still be able to use Filezilla to upload files on either web host?

    Linux is much easier to remote administer, however, if you have no experience with Linux, then go with Windows.

    Linux is fine for 99% of sites

    Windows is generally used by developers running sites on .asp or asp.net ie. using specific software

    You can use filezilla to upload your files to us
