Applying for course while still doing one

I'm currently doing a networking course with FAS and is due to end 12th of February, there's a really good follow up that would be ideal starting shortly after but I know FAS don't run the followup course very often at all and would rather not wait a year before getting to apply again

So can I apply for the future course while still doing this one? Also it should be mentioned that the course I'm doing at the moment is a prerequisite for the future course.

Presumably you can apply with results pending but might be further down the list than someone who had the prerequisite course. But it's worth getting on the list now before others might think to do the same maybe in the same position as you.
