What is to stop a full grown adult say for example aged late 20's to go back to his old school and sit into classes? just say he put his uniform on and headed into the school. How would his former teachers react if they seen him sitting in their classes?! I know we all graduate from school but do we officially graduate? are our names taken off the register etc?

What if they are taken off!!
Then you could get in a lot of trouble by going back

His former teachers would react by calling the police.

Didn't RTE do a programme like this years ago where Hector and John Creedon put on uniforms and went back to their respective Secondary schools?

I'd say the threat of prison and the sex offenders register would be enough to stop most people.

When I was young the teacher were all old and ugly. Now I am old and the teachers are all rides. Life just ain't fair.
