Hi everyone, I am currently getting the JSA and payment of 144 per week. I will be turning 25 next week so my question is will my payment be risen to 188 automatically or do i need to inform the social welfare office. Thanks

It should rise automatically. Depending on the day you will be 25 it may not be an exact €188. Obviously it will not be increased next week at next weeks payment will be up to Tuesday but he following week you should see an increase... if you dont then you need to call into your local sw office and talk to them.
