Geography field study leaving cert 2014 help!!

So I have to have the booklet filled by tomorrow , and I have everything done apart from the methods . I'm so stressed because I have so much writing to do :( my method 1 and 2 draft that I had done , my teacher basically said they were sh** so I need to redo them but I dunno what to write instead .. We went to bishops…

We went to bishops quarter beach co Clare and looked at sand dune height , longshore drift, features of marine deposition and the role of marram grass. Anyone with any advice please . Thanks
