    Hi all

    I have a job interview tomorrow for work as an elf in Santas grotto. It will last for 4 weeks and end on Christmas Eve. I was just wondering how season work will affect the dole, I am guessing it will be suspensed will I work, and will I have to open a new claim after Christmas once the dole office re opens? How will it affect my OH's payement?

    You can suspend you claim for the time your are working and then just sign straight back on, you wont have to open a new claim and theres no waiting for your money either.
