Job Seekers-Kilbarrack Office

    Hello,

    I applied for job seekers for the first three weeks ago online as this is the only option if you're with the Kilbarrack Office. Said on the confirmation I would be contacted to make an appointment but heard nothing. I rang yesterday and after finally getting through I was told it was the wrong office as they had my old address on the system. I told the woman I had already changed my address and she informed me the best thing was to call into the office. Well, I went to the office today only to find out that they don't take walk ins any more!

    Can anyone give me advice on dealing with the Kilbarrack office? I'm completely frustrated!
