has anyone ever used halpennygolf.com before? are they genuine and how is their delivery?

Why would you think they aren't genuine? They have store locations posted on their site which include maps opening hours and phone numbers.
They even had a store until 8/9 months ago on grafton street.

    So yes they are genuine.
