Office wear

    Hi

Is it ok to wear a dress with no sleeves in work? It's an office dress, I'd wear it with black thighs, it's just above my knees. I'm not sure about the no sleeves though? It would be a fairly professional office. Thoughts??

It's winter now so it would not look right. It would be ok in the summer to do this.
Have you tried sleeves from Canopi?...if you don't like wearing cardigans over dresses?

I would wear a shirt underneath. I think sleeveless in a formal office in November may not work the best.
