Torqay closed account

    Bit of a shock when i saw Torqay has closed down his account on boards will really miss his posts
    Always found his posts full of information learnt alot from them hoprefully he might come back

    Im sure plenty others feel the same as myself just said id start a thread to say a big thanks for his contributions and to say how he will be sadly missed, you never know he might read this

    Very helpful person, obviously very knowledgeable and willing to share...two qualities that are rare these days.

    Will be missed.

    A real loss to the forum, I wouldn't have my current laptop without his expertise. Hopefully he'll be back some time under a new name

    I got an Optimus V laptop from pcspecialist, not cheap at just over €1000 but it's a great piece of kit, super fast and smooth and manages to run modern games like Far Cry 3 on highest settings, haven't regretted it at all. My budget was originally around 600 euro but after some advice from Torqay I decided to wait a couple of months to save up a bit more and go for the Optimus

    Bit confused at the moment what i need in a laptop just sick of this toshiba im on right now want to buy one that will be future proof and not windows 8 do not like the look of it at all:)
