I have a radiator thats never worked so I eventually removed and found it was badly sludged up. I flushed it out but still not working. No flow at all so now Im thinking the pipes to this rad could be blocked also

However the rad fills with water no problem so would this indicate pipes are not sludged ?
its possible the pipes were originally plumbed wrong - if so ,would a power flush not work correctly or simply by pass this problem area ?

    Other nearby rads work fine,
Alternative is to dig up pipes so any thoughts welcome

Do ya want my te76 Robbie...

Had one like that before, took rad off and pipes sludeged up, tried power flush with boiler running and chemicals could get heat to the rad only slightly, the penny droped with the reverse flush, the rad was getting hot from each side as I switched.
Pulled floor boards rad running a flow x flow.
