Couch to 5K - Naas

    Hi,

    Just wondering if anyone is interested in joining me to do the Couch to 5K running plan in Naas over the next few weeks :)? It's a free way to get fit!

    I'm not in a position to take up your offer, but I thought you may be interested to know that a park run (the weekly 5k runs already taking place in many parks in Dublin) is in the process of being organised for Naas. All things going well it should be up and running soon (possibly in Punchestown) so keep an eye on this site: http://www.parkrun.ie
