WANTED: self-catering house for Christmas.

I am really eager to find the following near Kilkenny town for the Christmas week:
- a 3 or 4 bedroom self-catering house for 6 people.
- has to have 1 double bed and 4 twin beds or 2 doubles and 3 twins.
- accepts a small dog (he's 3, really well behaved and he's never allowed on couches nor in bedrooms)
- ideally with a fire-place/stove and plenty of space to sit around
- 15min max from town centre
- €500 max for the week
- wifi would be great but not essential
