Hi, I`m looking for some feedback on employment prospects for someone who`s sitting the ACCA exams as a student (no training contract). I`m currently sitting F4-F9 and all going well I hope to do the Oxford Brookes RAP during the summer and then move on to the P`s in the Autumn. I don`t have any work experience in the accountancy field to my name but I do have nearly 20 years experience in retail banking. Any thoughts?

I did the first 9 full time as a student and then went in and did the P's as a trainee. But I was very young. I didn't find it a problem.

Yeah, I was thinking that taking into account my age I`d find it hard to get a training contract.
