    Just to say that I hope their reliability and service levels have improved.

    Have ordered twice from them, once two years ago and once a couple of years before that. Both had elements of the order missing.

    I was charged for the missing items. I emailed a few times and tried to contact them by phone, but didn't get anywhere with a refund. In the end I just left it, because the amounts involved were relatively small. I know that's not the right attitude and it means they got away with it.

    Anyway, just a bit of a warning. Do with it what you will.

    I order from these every year around Xmas time and so far I have gotten 2 orders in the last few weeks.

    Delivery is free if the order is over £10. They often combine discounts so items can end up being very reasonable.
