On the official website, anyone ever use this to get there Huawei phone unlocked?

Or seen eBay have them for around €3.50 to get it unlocked, anyone ever use that way either?

I thought the same, it's only for the boot loader :( tried and tested!

What about the eBay ones, are they legit?

Considering getting the Y300 from meteor, or the Acer Liquid Z3.
    How are meteor for unlocks?

I couldnt tell you, still need to get mine unlocked but I'm sure there good, will be trying next week!

Meteor won't give out unlock codes unless you spend around €120+ credit with then, so the best way would be eBay!

How much is the phone from Meteor?

You can get an unlocked one on Amazon.de for €99.00 + about €5.00 carriage. And it dose'nt have any network bloatware either. I got one last week. If you use the fastboot option, it will boot up in less than 5 secs.

I've bought Huawei unlock codes off eBay twice - worked fine both times, no problem.

Got a code for my y300 on eBay for 3.50 and worked perfectly. Ordered on a Saturday night and had it at 9am on the Monday morning.
