After feeling ill while playing golf in Charlotte yesterday, Broncos Head Coach will undergo heart surgery on Monday or Tuesday and will miss the next several weeks. Fox has had a long-standing heart condition and was due to undergo surgery at the end of the current season.

Jack Del Rio is expected to take over as interim head coach while Fox is recovering.

Given the expectations on the Broncos this season it will be interesting to see how Fox's absence will impact on the Broncos over the next few weeks.

Finally - I wish John Fox a speedy recovery.

So he'll come back from heart surgery and the first thing he'll have to do is watch Peyton Manning in the playoffs....
