Ripping off Professor Layton?

I was strolling through town and some Jesus Hugger handed me out one of those little brochures they like to give out. However what struck me was that the art style looked completely ripped off from the Professor Layton games! Check these out and see what you think:

Ive seen books with that art style as a kid, its not unique to the Layton series. Plus, apart from not being 100% anatomically accurate, it doesnt really resemble the Layton games either.
