attic conversion/ insulation

    I have an attic to convert the structure is in place (old house)
    floor are also in place my question is

    1 Exterior block walls either

    50mm insulated plasterboard or 50x50mm batten. insulation

    then and plasterboard

    2 Rafters 150mm fibergasss between and plasterboard

    or foil overall and plasterboard which is the best option

    any advice welcome

    you should consider what the existing wall build-up is

    there are issues with drylining solid walls, as if a due point is created behind the insulation on the inner side of wall mold or wall damage may be caused
