Good upgrade from a i5-2500K?

    What would folks recommend as a good upgrade for this on a Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD7-B3, Intel P67? I use this PC only for gaming.

    Have you the processor overclocked?. I can't see any need to upgrade.

    bit of a waste to upgrade that if it's just for gaming.
    Can overclock that cpu quite well. money would be better spent on a better cooler and overclocking it quite a bit

    A Hyper 212 should get you 4.5ghz easily on that processor. No need to upgrade.

    Im running my i5 2500K @ 4.4 GHZ with a hyper 212 and never an issue.
    Dont waste your money.
