Wordpress.org cannot add post-Warning: set_time_limit()

HI,
Wordpress website; I create a post and when click on save get the following.
Anybody able to help? -

Turn off the Efficient Related Posts plugin as the error is coming from it.

It looks like the set_time_limit() function simply does not work safe mode.

It looks like the plugin author is going to fix this issue in the next version.
