    Hi Everyone

I do import/export lots of stuff and FedEx bill me vat which I claim back from revenue.

As self employed (less than 3 years old) if I would cancel my vat registration I'll have to repay vat that I claim back to revenue.

Question: If I have limited company and decide to dissolve would I have to return vat claims back to revenue as well?

    Thank you

Being a sole trader or company makes no difference for VAT purposes, vat repayments would have to be refunded to Revenue in either case if you are in a net refund position and deregister within three years of registering
