Do I need an eyesight report?

    Hi all,
I am going to apply for my full license tomorrow having recently passed my driving test. Just wondering do I need to have an eyesight report done as I had one done 6 months and 2 weeks ago for when I applied for my provisional. The guidance on the application form does not state all applicants must have one. Very vague. Does anyone have a definitive answer?

    Thanks

I don't have a definitive answer just an anecdotal one:

I applied for my full license just over 7 months since getting my learner permit.
Although I have not received the license yet, my application was submitted without an issue and the person at the motor tax office assured me an eyesight report was not required in my case.

I agree though that I found myself unsure about what was needed when filling out the application...though I never did like reading the small print :D
