Hi guys, I have a question that's been bugging me and would be grateful if someone can help.
The incline on treadmills in my gym go up .5,1,1.5,2,2.5 etc
What I want to know is, is this .5 % etc? as I always hear people talking about running at an incline of x%
    Thanks a mill

1% incline represents 10 meters increase in elevation per 1 Kilometre.
