Wondering if anyone can help, the main rad in the sitting room isnt heating up. I thought it might need bleeding so I bled it but it didnt solve the problem. All the other rads are fine. Anyone know what the problem is? Thanks in advance.

Do you have a TRV on the rad?

Not a numbered one in the sitting room.

either water pressure could be low in the system or the rads need balancing,it sometimes happens to systems that havnt been used for a while,a rad's flow can get "lazy" and pass by that rad

Thanks. Pressure is fine. How do you balance the rad?

Have you tried turning off some or all of the other rads to see if that one then heats up?
