    Just whacked the lot on my HTC One X - all working fine with the exception of the clock - just crashes on launching (oddly enough for a basic app!) and the camera - crashes if trying photosphere/panorama. OK Google touchless search is working 100% and the new Hangouts app seems to be working perfectly to send SMS/MMS though.

    The phone is also giving the choice between using HTC Sense or the Google Launcher as standard which is giving effectively a stock android experience if desired (read as quite a bit faster/more fluid!).

    Other things of note that I wasn't expecting - the appearance of a Google Photos app and a previously unseen HTC Watch app which appears to be something in the vein of Netflix/Google Movies.
