    If a person drops out of college after a couple of months without paying the reg fees, Does the college pursue the person for the fees ?

    Yes, it's only fair since the person got a free education up until they dropped out.

    You have to officially withdraw from the university by a set date. Which was yesterday for TCD. If you withdraw by then your reg fee is refunded and you can go to another university with free fees again.
